SHIPPING (COSTS) & DELIVERY

Your shipping costs can be checked in the very first page of your checkout proces (your card).  So that you know what to expect. After fulfilling the next steps (shipping address, payment options), the shipping costs will be automatically processed.

Shipping costs differ per country/continent and by weight of the selected items. As mentioned before, these calculations are automatically processed in our webshop and prices can be checked by yourself well in advance.

All items are shipped from Belgium and are handled by our shipping partner bpost. For logistical reasons, it is (for the time being) not yet possible to send packages to a collection point. You can of course have your package delivered to any address you wish.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time depends on your country / continent. In general you can count on 1-3 days (Belgium and neighboring countries the Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg), 3-5 days (rest of Europe, USA and United Kingdom) and 3-7 days (rest of the world).

Please keep in mind that delays can always occur and are beyond our control. 

Also important: this webshop is handled by the band itself and we all have regular jobs. Although we certainly try to handle any shipment as soon as possible (preferably the same day), there might be a delay of 1 up to 3 days before we can ship your order. We hope for your understanding.

TRACKING OF YOUR ORDER

To limit the cost of shipping as much as possible, it is unfortunately not possible to track your order online. On the other hand, most parcels will fit in your letterbox. So you don't necessarily have to be at home to receive your package.

In case a package is not delivered, we will of course come up with a solution.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Goods can only be returned and/or refunded if there is damage due to shipping. To the extent that a cd or vinyl can no longer be played and/or shirts are visibly damaged. In such cases, you must send us pictures of the damaged item. We will then inform you about the way in which we reimburse your order. Either through a refund, a new shipment or a voucher.

Except for the aforementioned reasons, please note that there is no 'change of mind' policy once your order has been shipped. As long as that's not the case, you can of course cancel your order. Just let us know via info@agaos.be.
